14-day money-back guarantee

Every RightWords purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — whether that's a one-off letter, a letter with strategy pack, or a payment towards an Unlimited subscription.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or contact us through the support email shown on your receipt and we'll help. Paddle's handling of refunds is described in Paddle's Refund Policy.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the purchased document (or the Unlimited plan) is removed. Your account and the answers you entered remain available to you if you decide to purchase again.

Cancelling a subscription instead

If you simply don't want to be charged again, you can cancel your Unlimited subscription at any time from your account page or the Paddle billing portal. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and no further payments will be taken. Cancelling is different from a refund — it stops future payments rather than returning a past one.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law — including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
